The Branzino (plural Branzini) is an elegant looking silver-sided fish from the North Atlantic and Mediterranean seas. Sometimes referred to as European or Greek Sea Bass. This high-protein, low fat white fish is popular in Italian, French, Spanish and Greek cuisines. It has a mild, not-too-fishy flavor. Whole beautiful fish, head on, gutted. Each package contains one whole fish of about 14-16 oz each.

Branzino is sometimes referred to as European sea bass, spigola, loup de mer ("wolf of the sea") or lubina.
